1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Network Assessment Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the related website.

2. Authorized Use Only

You may use the app only on networks, systems, and services that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You are responsible for complying with customer agreements, internal policies, and applicable law before initiating discovery or assessment activity.

3. Assessment Scope

Network Assessment Pro is a discovery and read-only assessment tool. It performs host discovery, service exposure review, optional Bonjour or mDNS browsing, DNS lookups, TLS and web posture checks, reporting, and related utility functions.

The public app does not perform exploitation, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or active compromise of target systems as part of its intended workflow.

4. Optional Remote Gateway Features

Some builds or deployments may expose optional remote gateway modes for discovery or vulnerability scanning. If you enable or configure those modes, you are responsible for the gateway endpoint, the data you send to it, and the legality and authorization of the remote scanning workflow.

5. Subscription and Billing

Pro Technician subscriptions are offered as recurring purchases through Apple when the App Store version is live. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription-account handling according to its own terms and storefront policies.

SouthRock Technologies LLC may update feature packaging, pricing, or entitlement structure in future releases, subject to Apple's billing and notice requirements.

6. White-Label and Report Output

If you use white-label branding features, you are responsible for the logos, names, trademarks, and branding content you import. You represent that you have permission to use any mark or asset you apply to reports or in-app surfaces.

7. Operator Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding exported reports, validating remediation decisions, and reviewing findings before acting on them in production environments. Advisory mappings to NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC 2.0 do not constitute formal certification, legal advice, penetration-test attestation, or compliance approval.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SouthRock Technologies LLC does not guarantee that every host, service, vulnerability, or configuration issue will be detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SouthRock Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the app, exported reports, optional gateway configurations, or any operational decisions made from the findings.
